Embrace Grace
Embrace Grace exists to help inspire and equip the church to love and encourage single and pregnant young women and their families. Women experiencing unexpected pregnancies receive practical, spiritual, and emotional support. This group will meet for 12 weeks for a weekly bible study. Momco is a gathering of mothers that encourages and equips moms to realize their potential as mothers, women, and leaders in relationship with Jesus and in partnership with our church. We serve pregnant moms through moms of school-aged kids. Join us for a meal, speakers, crafts, mission projects, and connect with other Moms! Your children will enjoy a loving and safe environment as they follow their own curriculum, enjoy snacks, crafts, and play!
Join us at South campus on Tuesday mornings or Wednesday evenings or our North Campus on Thursday Mornings.

Adult Price: $105 (t-shirt, craft and activities)
Childcare price for fall and spring semester: $35 per child for Tuesday and Thursday mornings, $16 per child for Wednesday evenings. The MomCo childcare is a separate registration, you will find the link in your The MomCo confirmation email.

Just Moved
Are you new to the area?
Recognizing that moving a family presents a huge set of challenges and lots of hard work, we are pleased to offer a Christ-centered study entitled “Just Moved”
This study provides encouragement for women going through the transition and adjustment to a move. A powerful, hands-on class using biblical principles and practical how-to’s. This class is a part of an international outreach of Just Moved Ministries and meets Wednesday mornings at 9:30 a.m. in Building D – The Atrium. This will be a great opportunity to make new friends and get acquainted with other women also new to the area just like you. Childcare will be available.
Just Moved will be offered again beginning September 23rd.

Daytime Fall Bible Study - South Campus
Hosea: Unfailing Love Changes Everything
The book of Hosea—it’s a deeply personal and passionate love story, yet it’s a difficult story. As an account full of harsh judgment unfolds, we find in its midst a rare and pure gem: the truest and purest of loves.
Hosea, an Old Testament prophet, preached his own life message using his marriage as the sermon illustration. The study of Hosea looks deeply at that message. In this 7-session Bible study, Jennifer Rothschild provides background to better understand the intricacies of the man and his message. You’ll be guided to understand, but more especially to apply the message of the prophet of love.
The book will challenge us with judgment so harsh it will singe our hair—an unheeded sermon warning of devastating doom shortly to come. But it will show us the kind of love we dream about. Be amazed by the love of Hosea for his wayward spouse—and more amazed by the unfailing love of God for His wayward people, and for all people. Hosea showers us with hope—hints and portents pointing to the coming of the promised Messiah.

This is a the first half of a 26-lesson study. Part 1 covers chapters 1-24. The Book of Exodus tells how God redeemed the people of Israel from slavery in Egypt, and how He guided them to the Promised Land. We will meet Moses, Miriam, Aaron, and Joshua. God’s purpose in history is revealed through this account of redemption, covenant, and the building of the tabernacle, all of which picture God’s plan which would be fulfilled through Jesus Christ. Selections from the Books of Numbers, Deuteronomy and Joshua show how Israel finally settled in the land of promise under Joshua’s leadership. Joy of Living courses are suitable for both formal and informal meetings, as well as for personal study. Each lesson contains a commentary and a week’s worth of personal application and study questions, leading readers to discover fresh insights into God’s Word.

How to Read Your Bible (Alternating with MomCo)
Does the Bible feel too intimidating and complex? Does understanding it feel impossible, so you don’t even try?
In this six-week study, we want to help you understand why the Bible is the greatest tool we have. We want to open your eyes to the way the Old Testament and New Testament connect and show you the purpose of each book of the Bible. Through this study, featuring teaching videos from Jennie Allen, Bianca Juárez, and Jo Saxton you will:
- Understand that the Bible is relevant for you here and now.
- Uncover what each book of the Bible is about and how they all connect.
- Discover a method to breaking down Scripture in order to better comprehend it.
- Have new confidence in understanding the Bible and a hunger to know it more.

Daytime Fall Bible Study - North Campus
Esther by Kelly Minter (Alternating with MomCo)
A beautiful queen, her courageous cousin, a foreign land, and a murderous adversary—the book of Esther has all the elements of an epic drama. The story unfolds at a time when the people of God are split between nations with an uncertain future. While the name of God may not be mentioned in the book of Esther, its pages highlight His work among His people and foreshadow Jesus’s very ministry to us—darkness to light, mourning to celebration, death to life.
Through this study, you are invited into the daring faith modeled by Esther and her cousin Mordecai—a faith developed over time, rooted in the goodness of God, lived out through extraordinary circumstances, and used to change the world. Although our time looks different from Esther’s, our God is just as active and faithful today, and He has called you for such a time as this.

March 31-April 6, 2027: Canada Mission Trip
Join Women of First on our third annual Women’s Mission Trip to Alberta! We will be serving as the volunteer force for the Canadian National Baptist Convention’s annual Alberta women’s conference, “Overflowing”. The conference will be held Friday, 4/2 and Saturday, 4/3. Based on input given, we will each be assigned specific roles for the two-day conference (i.e. door holders, coffee bar/snacks, set up, take down, hospitality/directing, breakout room host, etc.) In short, we’ll work hard Friday and Saturday to serve women in church plants throughout the province of Alberta! For some, this will be a chance to enjoy the event fully as a participant instead of doing all the work themselves, as they typically do. For others, it will be a first-time experience of unity among believers globally!
