Our Beliefs

We believe that Small Groups are the best place to grow spiritually while developing relationships in community with others.  As you explore God’s word with other believers, you will be encouraged to worship God intimately, use your giftedness to minister to others and to passionately share the gospel with those around you.

Sunday Morning Groups

The Woodlands First seeks to be a faith family who lives at the intersection of God’s grace and truth. In order for all of us to become that vision, there must be a life shaping process. Our hope is that much of this transformation will take place in our Sunday Morning Small Groups. In Acts 2:42-47, we find the first example of a thriving local church body. The selfless devotion of that early church became the driving inspiration for our five core values at The Woodlands First.

Adult Midweek Bible Study

WEEKLY WEDNESDAY NIGHT GATHERINGS AT 6:30PM, EACH FALL AND SPRING SEMESTER

Midweek consists of an affordable meal for families, a time of worship, and short message from God’s Word, followed by some community and dessert. It is our desire to create an experience where adults can have a meal, unwind and connect with God and others. Doors open at 5:00PM and the meal served at 5:30PM. We hope you will join us as we walk together to become all God dreams us to be.

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
