Canada/New England – Fall Cruise
First Gen Ministries is pleased to announce the opening of sign-up for our Fall Canada/New England, Holland America cruise. Our cruise will glide past incredible scenery (hello fall foliage) and stop into historic ports and cities, some well-traveled, some hidden jewels. Explore the early days of the “New World” by touring fascinating sites you’ll remember from history books. Join us as we roam the rolling hills, sandy beaches, and Victorian houses of Prince Edward Island. From lighthouses set against the golden summer sun to the most vibrant fall foliage imaginable, come join us in Canada and New England as we experience community together and make memories that will last forever.
The total cost of the cruise will be $7999 per couple. If you have a roommate, please sign up as a couple during the registration process. We will be flying from IAH to Montreal with a bus connection to Quebec City on September 27, 2024. We will stay in Quebec City for one evening and board the ship on September 28, 2024. The cost includes all cruise costs including tips, wi-fi, and upgrade package, cruise cancellation insurance, overnight hotel stay in Quebec City, and airfare. Please note that we have calculated an airfare allowance as those tickets have not been purchased. There may be a slight decrease or increase in the total cost based on actual airfare costs. Our return flight will be from Boston to IAH. All ship berths will be Verandah Balcony rooms. We are not customizing prices for specific cabin preferences because of the group booking. A down payment of $1000 per person ($2000 per couple), will be required to secure your spot with $500 per person being non-refundable upon cancellation. The balance due will be payable on June 1, 2024. This event is rated as a most difficult event because it will require a fitness level to navigate an airport and ship terminal with luggage unassisted by others.
Sign-up is limited to the first 20 cabins, so please sign up today to secure your spot. A pre-trip meeting will be held on February 11th, in room B 107 (south campus) at 2:30 p.m. for all participants.
