3v3 Basketball Tournament
Tournament Rules
Players must be 14 years old or older. A minimum number of players on a team can be 3 and a maximum is 6. Registration ends on March 26th. The majority of the team players must be members of the church. Games are half-court matches played to 15 points. Shots are worth 1 or 2 points (1 point inside the “three-point line”, 2 points outside the “three-point line”). The game ends when one team scores 15 points and the score difference is 2 or more. If not the game will end when the 20-minute time cap has expired and the team leading will be declared the winner. Players call their own fouls during games. The tournament is double elimination.
Tournament Schedule
Saturday, April 1st
Check-in starts at 3:00 pm
Games start at 3:30 pm
Final Four NCAA Tournament games will be streamed
Snacks will be provided
The tournament will end once there are two teams remaining in the tournament. These teams will play on Monday night for the Championship.
Monday, April 3rd
Skills Challenge will start at 7:00 pm (Skills Challenge is open for all guests to compete)
food will be served on Monday night
The NCAA Championship game will be streamed at 8:00 pm
3v3 Championship game will be played during halftime of the NCAA Championship game.
