Fresh Hope

Fresh Hope is a weekly mutual-help peer-to-peer support group for those with a diagnosed mood disorder (i.e. depression, bipolar, anxiety) and for their loved ones.  Members encourage one another as equals under the guidance of a faciliator.  The meeting format consists of both large and small group times, where members can share as much of their journey as they wish.  Topics will be used as focuses for discussion and will include ares of spirituality, medicine, psychology, social science and recovery methodologies. The conviction of Fresh Hope is that in spite of a mood disorder one can experience a full and meaningful life.

Meetings are weekly on Sundays from 4:00 - 5:30pm.  We meet in Room B101, next to the Great Hall by the North entrance.  Childcare is not available.
